Your booking will be confirmed with a deposit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2713 This is calculated based on the number of people in the group – a deposit of \u20ac100 is required for every 10 participants. We need a list of all participants <\/strong>with: Name, address, date of birth and contact person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The premises <\/strong>must be left clean and tidy as found<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2713 The toilets <\/strong>should be kept clean, the floor mopped and garbage thrown in the garbage can at the entrance to the park. The covers on the beds <\/strong>serve to protect the mattresses and do not replace the participant’s personal bed linen. If these sheets are damaged or soiled, a fee of \u20ac3 will be charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Please do not move furniture <\/strong>from one room to another without prior consent. If you need household appliances, digital devices or other items, please contact us and we will be happy to provide them to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Due to the limited electrical power, the use of hair dryers and other devices <\/strong>that are not part of the park is not permitted. Prior authorization is required for the use of other external devices. Thank you for your understanding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Quiet time <\/strong>in the bedrooms begins at 10 pm<\/strong>. There are no volume restrictions in the dining room and the seminar room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Pets are not allowed <\/strong>on the park grounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Please do not leave any rubbish<\/strong> on the premises. Unfortunately, items that experience has shown to be unavoidable, such as balloons (including \u2018water bombs\u2019), individually wrapped sweets, confetti, spray paint and fireworks, are not permitted. Please also remove all traces of outdoor games (such as rallies, scavenger hunts, treasure hunts).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Participants’ vehicles <\/strong>must be parked in the outdoor parking lot. You are not allowed to drive into the parking lot unless you are unloading food in the kitchen or electronic devices in the seminar room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The trampoline<\/strong> has a maximum weight limit of 100 kilograms<\/strong> and no more than 2 people<\/strong> are allowed to jump on it at the same time. Children must be supervised while using the trampoline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Swimming pool<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2713 It can only be used with at least 2 participants. List of useful utensils <\/strong>to be brought by the organization<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2713 Bottled water List of useful items <\/strong>that the participant should bring along<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2713 Sheets (or sleeping bag), blankets, pillows and towels<\/strong> These park rules are binding for all guests! \u2713 If for any reason it is difficult to pay this amount in advance, you can transfer a partial amount, whereby the minimum deposit is \u20ac200.
\u2713 This amount will be deducted from the final amount <\/strong>of the stay.
\u2713 If you cancel your booking up to one month before the event, we will refund part of the amount, with the exception of \u20ac100 for administrative services. If you cancel your booking less than one month before the event, the first payment will not be refunded.
\u2713 The agreed amount must be paid into this account<\/a> and proof must be sent to team@parquediscovery.pt<\/a> with the name of the organization and the person responsible for the group.
\u2713 Full payment must be made at the time of check-in. You can pay in cash, by bank transfer or MBWay, with proof of transaction. We do not have an ATM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2713 The bedrooms <\/strong>must be aired, every mattress must have a cover, the floor must be mopped and garbage must be thrown in the garbage can.
\u2713 The dining room <\/strong>must be cleaned (tables and floor), the garbage under the barbecue area must be emptied and the barbecue thoroughly cleaned if it has been used. Ashes from the charcoal must be disposed of in the gray metal bin.
\u2713 The kitchen <\/strong>should be left clean (work surfaces, stove, refrigerator, floor), used dishes should be washed and dried, and waste should be thrown in the trash can in front of the park.
\u2713 The seminar room <\/strong>should be cleaned, the chairs arranged and the equipment tidied up.
At the end of the stay, one of the park managers will check each section together with the organizer.<\/mark><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2713 Children must be accompanied and supervised at all times.<\/strong>
\u2713 Please do not step on the wooden cover at the edge of the pool.
\u2713 Only swimwear<\/strong> may be worn. Any other type of clothing is prohibited.
\u2713 Long hair should be tied up before entering the pool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2713 Kitchen paper \/ napkins

\u2713 Cleaning products: floor, dishes, antibacterial products, etc.
\u2713 Toilet paper (one available everywhere)
