Help to preserve Parque Discovery as a place of joy and discovery – for you, for others, for the next generation.
Your booking will be confirmed with a deposit.
✓ This is calculated based on the number of people in the group – a deposit of €100 is required for every 10 participants.
✓ If for any reason it is difficult to pay this amount in advance, you can transfer a partial amount, whereby the minimum deposit is €200.
✓ This amount will be deducted from the final amount of the stay.
✓ If you cancel your booking up to one month before the event, we will refund part of the amount, with the exception of €100 for administrative services. If you cancel your booking less than one month before the event, the first payment will not be refunded.
✓ The agreed amount must be paid into this account and proof must be sent to team@parquediscovery.pt with the name of the organization and the person responsible for the group.
✓ Full payment must be made at the time of check-in. You can pay in cash, by bank transfer or MBWay, with proof of transaction. We do not have an ATM.
We need a list of all participants with: Name, address, date of birth and contact person.
The premises must be left clean and tidy as found
✓ The toilets should be kept clean, the floor mopped and garbage thrown in the garbage can at the entrance to the park.
✓ The bedrooms must be aired, every mattress must have a cover, the floor must be mopped and garbage must be thrown in the garbage can.
✓ The dining room must be cleaned (tables and floor), the garbage under the barbecue area must be emptied and the barbecue thoroughly cleaned if it has been used. Ashes from the charcoal must be disposed of in the gray metal bin.
✓ The kitchen should be left clean (work surfaces, stove, refrigerator, floor), used dishes should be washed and dried, and waste should be thrown in the trash can in front of the park.
✓ The seminar room should be cleaned, the chairs arranged and the equipment tidied up.
At the end of the stay, one of the park managers will check each section together with the organizer.
The covers on the beds serve to protect the mattresses and do not replace the participant’s personal bed linen. If these sheets are damaged or soiled, a fee of €3 will be charged.
Please do not move furniture from one room to another without prior consent. If you need household appliances, digital devices or other items, please contact us and we will be happy to provide them to you.
Due to the limited electrical power, the use of hair dryers and other devices that are not part of the park is not permitted. Prior authorization is required for the use of other external devices. Thank you for your understanding.
Quiet time in the bedrooms begins at 10 pm. There are no volume restrictions in the dining room and the seminar room.
Pets are not allowed on the park grounds.
Participants’ vehicles must be parked in the outdoor parking lot. You are not allowed to drive into the parking lot unless you are unloading food in the kitchen or electronic devices in the seminar room.
Swimming pool
✓ It can only be used with at least 2 participants.
✓ Children must be accompanied and supervised at all times.
✓ The entire area is about 1.20 meters deep.
✓ Only swimwear may be worn. Any other type of clothing is prohibited.
✓ Long hair should be tied up before entering the pool.

✓ Bottled water
✓ Kitchen paper / napkins
✓ Kitchen towels
✓ Cleaning products: floor, dishes, antibacterial products, etc.
✓ Toilet paper (one available everywhere)
✓ First aid kit
✓ Charcoal and kindling for the barbecue. The use of pine cones, stumps or firewood is not permitted.
